"I've been going to Labs Fitness now for nearly 6 months and I thought it was time to write a review. Firstly - the owner Geoff - what a gent. If you want a PT studio that has it all, look no further. You will find a plethroa of kit at this gym, including a track / sled - all the cardio machines you could need (literally all the ergs) and excellent shower facilities for when you need to freshen up before heading to / back to work. But what really sets this place aside from the others are the people that work within Labs. I mentioned Geoff: he's been in the biz for 15 years and while he's not my PT, i've seen him coach plenty around me. He, like other PT's within the studio (Ollie Black, Alfie Barker) take their time, and spend their energy on really giving clients what they need: proper coaching! The vibes within this place are excellent - I would never spend my time anywhere with awful energy...and all in all, it's a very elite place to train. Prices are very reasonable for a London PT studio AND to top it all off, they've also installed a sauna / cold plunge recovery to the gym for their Members. So if you're looking to start training or are looking at jumping ship my advice is to RUN, dont walk to Labs. See you there."

What makes Labs Fitness different from a normal gym in Shoreditch?+
Labs Fitness is a boutique, low-volume personal training studio, not a high-traffic commercial gym. We cap member numbers so equipment is always free, trainers can actually coach, and clients aren't competing for space. We also have a private recovery suite with an infrared sauna and cold plunge on-site.

Both. You can join as a member and train independently on our equipment, or book bespoke 1-2-1 personal training packages — including a 12-week transformation programme with biometric testing checkpoints — with one of our expert coaches.
Does Labs Fitness have recovery facilities like a sauna or cold plunge?+
Yes. Labs Fitness has a private recovery suite featuring an infrared sauna and a cold plunge pool, available to members and personal training clients to speed up recovery and reduce soreness between sessions.

Yes. Our coaches build training programmes around your current ability and goals rather than a one-size-fits-all template, so beginners get the same level of individual attention and progression as advanced athletes.
