"If you want a PT studio that has it all, look no further. You will find a plethora of kit at this gym, including a track/sled — all the cardio machines you could need (literally all the ergs) and excellent shower facilities. But what really sets this place aside from the others are the people. The coaches take their time and spend their energy on really giving clients what they need: proper coaching! The vibes within this place are excellent. It's a very elite place to train. Prices are very reasonable for a London PT studio, and to top it all off, they've also installed a sauna/cold plunge recovery suite. RUN, don't walk to Labs."
